It was in a very convenient location in the old town, and was very convenient for shopping and eating. I stayed for 4 nights, and the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful, as I don't speak Vietnamese and only a little English. They also gave me detailed information about nearby shops and restaurants using a map. My 5-day stay was very smooth, and I was able to visit all the places I had planned. I would like to stay here with my family next time.

The room was comfortable, looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were super nice! Helped me with laundry request, change the date of the reservation and printing boarding passes. My only issue that i had is that breakfast is at a nearby place but food was not being replenished and also the bakery items had some growth inside. So we decided not to have breakfast for the remaining of the days

We stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel as a family of four, with two kids aged 9 and 13, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. One of the loveliest touches was a handwritten note from the management waiting in our room upon arrival. It made us feel truly valued and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was perfect for our family—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, which offered delicious meals that pleased both adults and kids, and the Solis Bar was a fantastic place to relax in the evening with a beautiful view over Hanoi. If you're visiting Hanoi with family and looking for a hotel that combines comfort, heart, and exceptional service,Hanoi Solis Hotel is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!!

Staff were above and beyond anything or anyone's expectations !! Food was ok, but overly expensive . Breakfast buffet is same each day.
