Otel yeni, temiz. Oda ufak olmasına rağmen çok konforlu. Personel harika. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve yardıma hazır durumda. Çıkış yapacağımız gün bardan filtre kahve istedim. Barda görevli hanımefendi yanıma geldi ve zamanımım olup olmadığını sordu çünkü kahveyi yeniden demlemek istediği, var olan kahvenin ne zaman yapıldığını bilmediği, kendisinin içmeyeceği şeyi bize de servis edemeyeceğini söyledi. Çok ince ve güzel bir davranıştı. Çalışan, yardımcı olan herkese teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz.

Çok güzel bir konaklamaydı

Ibis’in Styles serisi otelleri gerçekten ülkemizdeki en keyifli otel konsepti çok sıcak ve güzel dizaynları var her otel de birbirinden farklı. Daha önce Ankara’da Styles olmadığı için başka yerde kalmıştık bu gelişimizde yeni açılmış olduğunu görünce direkt rezervasyon yaptırdım. Herkes çok güzel yüzlü, karşılama mükemmeldi. Otelin temizliğine hijyenine diyecek söz yok. Tüm eşyalar zaten sıfır ayarında, yataklar her zamanki gibi Ibis kalitesinde. Gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabilirsiniz.

Kardeşimle bir gösteri için geldik Ankara'ya ve otelinizi tercih ettik tercih etmemdeki en önemli sebep internette fotoğraflarda gördüğüm Odaların renkleri ve şirinliği de açıkçası. Hakikaten de göründüğü gibiydi. Bizim odamız iki tek yataklı bir odaydı banyo bile o kadar şirindi ki gerekli olan her şey ve en şirin haliyle ve en güzel renkleri boyanmış olarak Elimizin altındaydı yatağımız ve yastıklarımız çok rahat ve tertemizdi bu benim için en önemli şeydi açıkçası mis gibi kokuyor olması o anlamda söyleyebileceğim şudur ki bu otelde ilk kez kaldım fakat kesinlikle sonra olmayacak Teşekkür ederim her şey için

Güler yüzlü hizmet

Kapıdan itibaren bir güler yüz ile karşılandık. Resepsiyonda çalışan görevliler, bize asansöre kadar eşlik eden görevli her biri güler yüzlü ve oldukça ilgiliydi. Odamız tertemizdi, ütü talebim hemen karşılandı. Tekrar seve seve kalırım. Konum da bizim için oldukça iyiydi.
