"4th time visiting this hotel- another lovely stay. Staff were wonderful, particularly the two female staff in the outdoor dining area at breakfast time, the housekeeping staff member who thoughtfully arranged our Son’s Pokémon soft toys on the pillows each day, and Juliano from the evening bar staff. "Overall a good resort with plenty of entertainment and decent food and drinks.
The rooms could use a renovation and feel a bit outdated. The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’.
All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay. "

"My only issue was the Hotel's WiFi, which was really slow. The staff was nice and friendly. But overall, the hotel is great. The location of the hotel is only a 5 min walk to Kardamaina which has lots of food options."
