"Pros: Einfacher Check-In, sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet. Toller Ausblick aus den Fenstern. Der Strand gegenüber ist einen Besuch wert. Cons: Leider fehlt bei diesem Boot eine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen. Es gibt keinen Steg und keine Stühle. Das ist schade, gerade bei gutem Wetter. Auf Grund der Größe schaukelt es bei Wind oder Schiffverkehr. Für das, was man bekommt, etwas sehr teuer."

"The apartment is very nice. It is well furnished and very clean. Our hosts were friendly and eager to be of any assistance. The location is excellent. Only a few short blocks to the Niendorf Market where there are many shops, restaurants and the subway station. The train went directly to the convention center in 12 to 18 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In all it is a great place to stay in Hamburg!"

"We didn't eat in the restaurant because there are plenty of options locally, including breakfast bakeries. The service in the lobby area (Emil's) was good and the choice of refreshments was good; prices reflected the ambience, cosy and plenty of seating. The room was excellent. "If you are attending anything at the Barclay Arena this hotel is essentially a five minute walk through a beautiful park to get to the venue. The hotel was newly built in October 2025 and is of concrete block construction; very minimalist look on the interior. I found the automated check-in system frustrating after a long 35 hour flight. Especially in that my booking number did not correspond with the one I had been given by a third-party company and it also did not recognize my name. Luckily a staff member was still working in the bar and was able to give me a code to print my own key card and get my room number. But be advised that you do have to do all of that yourself through a computer stand. The room I had was perfectly sufficient aside from lacking any coffee maker or tea kettle station. It also did not include a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. Storage for clothing was an open concept closet with one deep drawer. Nicest addition to the room was heated flooring in the bathroom. All in all a reasonably priced, convenient safe and clean place to stay if attending any event at Barclay Arena."
