Newly renovated village home in the southern French village of Argeliers, sleeps 8 in four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, garage for bicycle or very small trailer/roof rack storage, street parking, laundry.


Ground floor: Wide entrance hall into dining room, new kitchen opening onto private garden courtyard with in-ground security-fenced pool, dining terrace & furniture, Gas BBQ. Downstairs WC, and laundry in garage.

Second Level: 1 Twin bedroom (2 twins) and 1 Double bedroom. Shared main bathroom with shower. Living room with double doors opening to terrace offers views of the Canal du Midi and vineyards. 1 Double bedroom with en suite shower & toilet.
Third Level: King sized bedroom with en suite bath tub & toilet.

If you have used the BBQ, please be sure to give the grills a clean, and the hood a wipe down.
Please take any trash and recycling to the bins outside the Mairie.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please strip beds before you go: place all bedding in bags provided. Used towels should go into the red plastic bags.
Please clean the BBQ and empty the grease tray and foil if you have used it.
Please take trash and recycling to the rubbish/recycling bins on the opposite side of the Town Hall (150 m away).
