la vie canarienne c'est TOP

Carlos et sa famille nous propose une maison qui leur ressemble. Charmants disponibles et faciles au quotidien, avec ce petit plus qui caractérise cette île. La Dolce Vita à la mode Ténérife. Un prochain voyage ou nous nous arrêterons à nouveau à Tunez (le pays des cactus...)

séjour agréable et très paisible

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis malgré l'heure tardive. L'appartement, propre, correspondait parfaitement à la description. De nombreux produits de base étaient à notre disposition ainsi qu'un bouteille de "cava" au frigo. Ce quartier d'Arona est très calme. Carlos et Rachel qui habitent au-dessous sont très disponibles. Bref excellent séjour chez eux et dans leur île.

Ruhige, ländliche Unterkunft, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Dorf, abseits des Tourismus. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber gut erreichbar direkt in Valle de Lorenzo, eine Chance das einheimische Alltagsleben mit zu bekommen...Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und vielsprachig (kein deutsch). Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

A very warm welcome

Staying in Casa Duermevela in Tunez was like spending time as a local rather than a holiday maker. Carlos and Rachel made us feel very welcome in their homely, well stocked 3 storey apartment. It was a little chilly in the evenings while we were there but there were heaters if needed and Rachel even bought us an extra blanket. We very much enjoyed our 10 days there. Thank you to both of them

Sonne auf der Terrasse wohl erst ab Mittag Wasser aus der Dusche nur wenig Druck Vermieter nett eine Stunde Einweisung wofür welcher Schalter was in in der Schublade.... Weit weg von Einkauf möglich keiten und Restaurants

séjour trés agréable

Carlos a été très accueillant et disponible avec nous. Il a même été très soutenant et aidant lors de nos péripéties (problème avec la voiture de location :-) ). Il sera heureux de pouvoir vous guider dans vos choix de visites et vous parler de Tenerife. Sa maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous regrettons de ne pas y avoir passé plus de temps.

Rundum Wohlfühl Oase !

Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen wundervollen Garten mit außergewöhnlichen Pflanzen.Auch ein kleiner Pool steht zur Abkühlung bereit.Carlos, der Vermieter ist bei jedem Problem zur Stelle.Man sollte allerdings beachten sich ein schnittiges kleines Leihauto zu mieten, da in Teneriffa die Strassen sehr schmal , kurvig und steil sind. Auch auf dem Weg zum Häuschen! Es gibt dort viele Hunde die Abends bellen.Wenn man die Fenster und die Fensterläden schließt hört man jedoch nichts davon.Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und kann weit ab vom Tourismus schön relaxen und genießen.Vielen Dank an Carlos und Rachel

Lovely santuary

After a hustle and bustle day at sea level, it was always such a pleasure and relief to come home to this mountain country home. At this elevation, the temperatures can be slightly colder, depending on the weather of the day. So, I recommend bringing some warm sleeping clothes.

nice accomodation in the mountains

My girlfriend and I had a very nice stay in this accommodation. We spent six nights in this house and felt realy cordial welcomed there. Rachel and Carlos ( the landlords) are totaly hospitable. One evening we spent together with them and talked a lot. Carlos also took us on a boat trip for to see pilot whales. It is totaly recomandable to listen to Carlos since his philosophy of life and his love to the animals is amazing. We also can recomend to walk through the lovely garden of them since they created there a very cosy place there. The flat we lived in has everything we needed. We cooked every evening by our own. A little probleme for me was, that the sink in the kitchen wasn´t in the best condition. There was no warm water ( only in the bath) and one day the sink also got stuck. Another problem was, that the township cut the water for several hours without informing the habitants. I was told that this happens a couple of times in the year. Besides these problems we had a very good stay and can recomend to everyone to spend a couple of days there! :)
