“Need update pics from rooms. Doesnt look like in person.”

“Terrific place for short term stay. Room was too small for a four day stay. Only one chair could fit into the room; I had to spend my time in the bed. But small price to pay for a well kept room. Close to everything we needed.”

“I liked that it was cheap and the staff was very helpful and nice. I did not like that my sink would not drain and my bathroom fan did not work. My bathroom also constantly put out heat and humidity so the ac never stopped running and needed to run to even keep it tolerable.”

“The lobby and breakfast area are clean and good first impression. The only thing i would suggest is windows clean the front wi dows. The staff was nice. The room was clean. We would stay again.”

“Easy check in; the room was lovely-clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows and as quiet as you could hope for. Lots of parking, close to shopping. Breakfast was awesome; ice cold ac which was much appreciated given my room was on the sunny side of the building and the weather in Lincoln HOT-really HOT!! Only glaring NEGATIVE was the bed sheets -they had pilling allover-such an annoying problem for a relatively expensive room rate.... Sleep in-you can and should be better than this!- spend some……

“DO NOT STAY HERE! They have random people hanging out outside the hotel people walking in and out without shirts on. It stinks. Mold on the blankets. It’s just a sketchy place. If I could give it zero stars I would.”

“Breakfast is terrible. The eggs were chewy, the bun was crusty and stuck to the bottom of the whatever it was in, no breakfast sausage, warm orange juice, plain cereal, no bagels, maybe if you want bread for breakfast this is the place for you. The butter is rock solid and the microwave will lock your food away. The waffle maker fell apart. The renovations they are currently undergoing resemble the landlord special. I will say though, that water pressure was bomb, the tub couldn’t drain fast……

“At check-in and checkout the staff was great. Our room was dirty. There was trash under the bed and in the desk drawer. The microwave was filthy. There were handprints on the mirrors, windows, and walls. I don’t know what was all over the tv screen and fridge but the place clearly wasn’t cleaned. There was toothpaste on the bathroom counter and the shower wasn’t clean. I had to ask the assistant manager (who wasn’t great at all!) at 11:30pm for a bottle of cleaner and a rag. He barely said five……

“Clean room, great breakfast, pet friendly. Our room was very nicely sized with plenty of room. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy. We had a dog (140 lbs) with us and they have a small grassy area near the building that worked great. The area seemed a little sketchy. There was a guy looking in car windows when we arrived, so we brought in……
