Staff were great. Breakfast excellent. Kids loved the pool area. Elevator wait was ridiculous! 2nd elevator was broken down AGAIN! (or still from last time) There was always a line to use the elevator. I feel sorry for the housecleaning staff who also had to wait in line to use the elevator to do their job! Otherwise our stay was good!

Staff was very welcoming, made us feel like family. The lady running the breakfast was so sweet and accommodating, our kiddos loved the pool. Rooms were your standard room, clean sheets and linens!

They were unable to give us adjoining rooms, despite requesting 3 months in advance. The pool slides were fun for little ones up to about 10 years old, but the deepest part of the pool is only 3ft. The hot tub is nice and hot, but children under 5 are not allowed to use it. Kids under 18 aren't allowed in the pool area without an adult... The pool area in general is very run down. Rooms were clean. Beds were decent.

I booked a room with a hot tub and king bed. Upon walking in the room smelled terrible. Like mildew and just bad in general. The windows had no screen and the ceiling tiles looked warped and in disrepair. The front desk staff however was nice and polite and had good customer service.

We had a comfortable stay. Very clean room and the air conditioner worked great. Swimming pool is catered toward children so my son was happy. Big area around the pool for parents to hang out. The hot tub was a bonus for me.

Kids pool is awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities need a little maintenance. Pull out sofa needs are horribly uncomfortable so much that my kids complained about feeling the coils and not being able to sleep. We ended up closing the sofa bed and they slept in the closed sofa instead.

A 7 story building with only one semi-working elevator is criminal. The second elevator was broken the last time we stayed here over a year ago and is still out of order. My kids love coming here for the pool but I will be calling the property to see if the elevators are working before we book our next stay.
