“Online pics are deceiving and the room had not been vacuumed in awhile. ”

However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size.……

“I thought the room was nice. The shade in our room was broke so therefore were unable to close that. We had a suite but had no chairs to sit on. Was hard to just sit and relax, disappointed in that for sure, especially for what you pay.”

“This hotel is just off of I80 near the Lincoln airport so we selected it for convenience. Wish we would have chosen a different place. The hotel was situated across the parking lot from an adult book store and was not well kept. The shower diverter did not work right so we only got a light stream out of the shower head with most of the water still coming out the tub spout. The towels were old and rough and thin. The beds and sheets were not well kept and were also very thin. I would not……

“May 2, 2026. Property is all torn up, in process of switching from Comfort Inn to Springhill suites. Materials in lobby, all walls bare with prior wallpaper torn off, room itself with construction started. Hotel is operational, but should have some way of letting customers know the whole place is torn up before booking. O”
