When we arrived to ckeck-in, the woman at the desk ignored us when we had some questions. After giving us our keys, she quickly turned her back to us to have a conversation with a coworker. We tried to get her attention but neither of them would acknowledge that we were even there. Later that night we had a much better experience with a different person at the desk. Also parking is an issue. We were charged $15/night but were only able to park in the lot once due to the lot being full. They obviously charge everyone regardless if there are spots available. The room was nice and spacious though.

Location is good for events downtown. Parking situation is awful. The hotel parking lot is now a free for all pay-to-park and fills up leaving no space for hotel guests. Parking a block or 2 away in the street, not cool.

Wonderful hotel! I’ve stayed here a few times before and every time I have no problems. Service is great and the breakfast is good. They also have a pool which is neat. Rooms are clean and spacious as well. Only thing I would say is that parking wasn’t that great. We had paid to park in the hotel parking lot but we couldn’t find any spots free after coming back from an event. We had to park a block away on the street. Otherwise this hotel is great and would definitely stay here again.

Limited restaurants within easy walking distance. We were told on arrival that there was additional fees for parking. Room was clean enough but some details had been missed. Hair in the shower. Could have been better overall.

The room we got was a little weird the tv was placed in a weird position so when you’re laying in bed you can’t see the tv. On the pullout bed in the sofa.. the cushions were dirty. The hallways didn’t have air conditioning it was super hot everytime we walked thru the hallways back to our room. There was a leak underneath the sink so we didn’t use the sink. Breakfast was 10/10.

Hotel and Staff were nice. I didn't know it was going to cost $15 to park in their parking lot and you have to use an app to pay for parking. Our room was nice except the bed sheets although smelled clean had stains. Then we were all woke up by a fire alarm at 6:20 AM. We only stayed one night and we got there late so didn't get to use the other amenities. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was delicious and the kitchen and whole hotel was modern and kept well. When we arrived our Expedia booking was not showing up on their computer, but the person at the front desk found us a room and his boss was going to figure out the mix-up. It was nice to get into a room after 12 hours of travelling.

The air conditioning unit was so incredibly loud. It would turn off and on all night long and it woke me up every time it turned on. The bed was also very loud and made noise anytime you moved on the bed.
