### Luxurious apt in Athens

A recently refurbished apartment located in a quiet street of Kolonaki- the urban chic area in Athens. The flat is spacious with an ideal floor plan - a big living room separate kitchen and a big terrace.   
Ideal for young couples or small families this flat will brighten up your day. 150 sq spread over three floors this luxurious apartment is ideal for privacy. On the 4th floor as you enter there is a big dinning table that can seat 6-8, a sofa with two armchairs, a separate pair of armchairs overlooking the veranda. There are two tables outside and another set of 4 chairs. Ideal for the sunny summer nights. On the same floor is located also the kitchen fully equipped with smeg appliances dishwasher and a washing machine as well.   
Kolonaki is a very safe neighborhood in the heart of downtown Athens. Ideal for high end fashion and buzzing restaurants for all tastes. On the fifth floor are the two main bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath. On the 6th floor is another room ideally as an office or a relaxing space. The roof garden is for an ideal space to enjoy the Athenian busy cityscape.
