Nestled in the heart of the Périgord countryside in the small town of Auriac-du-Périgord, this charming 35 m² cottage offers an ideal peaceful haven for a couple seeking tranquillity. Located in Auriac-du-Périgord, this accommodation combines modern comfort and rural authenticity. Outside, a 25 m² terrace invites you to enjoy sunny moments. The enclosed garden, adorned with garden furniture and a barbecue, is perfect for outdoor meals or simply recharging.Inside, you will discover the living area with the dining room open to the living room, equipped with a sofa and a television, as well as the kitchen. It is fully equipped, you will find a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo, a toaster, as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for cooking.
