Where to begin? *Couldn't get into contact with the owner for check-in, arrival times, code to the key box or anything. Only after contacting Travelnest (the third company in charge of advertising the property) by phone on the day of check-in, I got a very short email from the owner about the check-in time (an hour later than advertised) and code for the key box. "I did not expect my stay at Exmouth Beach Hotel to be as good as it was. I was impressed with what I got for what I paid. Very affordable. Right on the beach front. Close to shops and dining. Nice cozy room with very comfortable bed. The staff was courteous. As I was waiting for a ride after checkout, they permitted me to wait in the lobby. A very nice stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"Lovely hotel in a peaceful and picturesque setting but only a short drive into Exeter. Room had everything I needed and very comfortable. Pool and Spa area are amazing. The only slight negative was the onsite restaurant, although food quality was very good the menu itself was quite limited and there wasn’t really anywhere else close by to eat in the evening."
