About this property
Dreamscape | Movie Theater, Hot Tub & Geo Dome
Summary:
There is nowhere else quite like Zenya Haus. Less than one hour from Denver. A hot tub nestled in the rocks beneath the Geo Moon. Floating jungle chairs in the cedar Geo Dome Lounge. Murals that bring the mountain inside. A private movie theater with reclining seats and a vintage snack bar. A private mountain playground among the pines and rimrock. One guest called it the best place they'd ever stayed. We hear that a lot. Nightly rate includes Airbnb's service fee + cleaning fee combined.
The Space:
The 12ft modern Christmas tree is up Thanksgiving through New Year’s. Zenya Haus is fully booked for the holidays but select dates before or after the holidays are still available. If you’re planning a winter escape, now is the time to book.
DISTANCE
Red Rocks Amphitheater: 34 mins
Hiking Trails: 10+ mins
Grocery: 19 mins
Denver International Airport: 1 hr 10 mins
Custom mountain murals wrap every bedroom in soft Colorado landscapes, pine forests, and mountain summits. So the wilderness follows you indoors. Vaulted pine ceilings, a river rock wood-burning fireplace, spa-like bathrooms, and a loft master suite with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and views. Every detail here was designed to feel immersive and completely unlike anything else in the Colorado mountains.

UPSTAIRS
✔ High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi throughout house and dome
✔ Smart TV + DVD player
✔ Living Room with pine vaulted ceiling and epic views
Follow the path up through the rocks and trees to your own private world. The hot tub sits nestled among boulders and forest, glowing beneath the Geo Moon and dreamscape lighting after dark. Right beside it, the open-air cedar Geo Dome Lounge, hanging jungle chairs, mountain air, and a dreamscape ambiance. It feels like you found something secret.
Tip: bring sandals for the path up. Your toes will thank you.
THE PRIVATE MOVIE THEATER
Done right. Deep red walls, dimmable lights, reclining seats, a giant projector screen, and a vintage snack bar stocked with popcorn, candy, chips and soda. Play Mario Kart on the big screen or challenge someone to shuffleboard. A real theater — because that's exactly what it is.
THE ZENYA FORT
Your own private mountain playground! A cedar fort with a crow's nest lookout, a wave slide, and a nest swing, tucked into the pines against the rimrock. Sit at the picnic table, breathe the mountain air, and let the afternoon feel light and easy. The kids are in their own world, and you're finally, deeply unwinding.
THE REC ROOM & FIREPLACE
A stone wood-burning fireplace, foosball, mini golf, and Connect 4. The kind of room where someone always ends up staying longer than they planned. Warm, grounded, and right beside the theater so the whole downstairs becomes its own world.
THE SKY HAMMOCK COURT
Four hammocks arranged under an open Colorado sky. Built for stargazing, late night conversations, and losing track of time.
THE FRONT DECK
Sunrise with your coffee. Sunset with your wine. Fire table glowing as the horizon glows and the snow falls. This is where the best moments of the day bookend everything in between.
THE BACK COVERED PORCH
Grill out in the trees rain or shine. Covered, private, and facing the rocks and forest with the path to the hot tub right in front of you. It feels like cooking in the middle of the woods, because you basically are.
THE MURALS
Every bedroom tells a story. Pine forests in one room. A mountain summit in another. Soft colors, spa-like finishes — warm enough to feel cozy, detailed enough to make you feel like the wilderness never left.
DESIGNED FOR
Families who want everyone to have something. Couples who want to disappear for a few days. Groups who want a home base that's an experience in itself. Whatever brought you here, rest, play, or somewhere in between, Zenya was built to deliver it.

The hosts are wonderful! The property is beautiful; everything it claimed to be and more! This a great place for families to relax and reconnect but never get bored! The extra touches of the geodome and hammocks made for great evenings and stargazing. Would 10/10 recommend this escape!
This place is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice The hosts were incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. The house is spotless and has definitely been setup with guests comfort and relaxation in mind. The hot tub area rivals the finest spas. We were up in Bailey for work so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all the amenities…but there were many. Highly recommended.
