Convenient and safe

Lovely pension in the old city! Fantastic location for walking around, right in the middle of everything, a charming little balcony, and the room was still super quiet when the window was closed. Brand new and lovely renovations, a towel warmer(!!), nice shower with great water pressure, mini fridge and small coffee maker. Additional appreciation for the lovely reception staff person who kindly answered all my questions and helped me find things I was looking for even on Sunday when everything...

The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people. They always receive you with a smile and willing to help. Thank you guys! Eduardo Cruz

Location, shower, staff

Single room for one night, close to the airport, close to nature in a nice neighborhood. Reasonably priced.

Nice stay right next to bus station. Very convienen.

Charming lodgings with different handcrafted finishes in each room. Updated and clean.

Stayed in the superior double room for a few nights. Had such a lovely time. The location is absolutely perfect for walking around. Do note though, this area is a pedestrian only area so you will have to walk about two blocks from the main road. Was no issue for me, since I pack light. But if your hauling a ton of luggage, be prepared. I will definitely be visiting again!

Room was very comfortable, clean, and the beds amazing. Breakfast usually included some bread, products, yogurt, juice, coffee fruits. Plus they had a microwave. You could use a mucrowave if you decided to bring something into to eat. I

Excellent location! But if you booked last minute like me be aware that cars cannot drive up to the entrance. Our Uber passed the most convenient drop location and dropped us further away, so that was hard having to pull a lot of luggage pretty far. The tap water tastes great and very strong pressure. Gorgeous building that this is located inside. You’ll find so much good food nearby and a smaller supermarket next door. Also, I did use the locker storage rental after checkout and the location is...

Clean room

La ubicación no es mala. Está cerca de la estación del tren. Está a 20 min a pie del Guggenheim. NO hay estacionamiento libre cerca en la zona. Si uno viaja en auto, es algo a tener en cuenta
