Over all it was acceptable because of the cheap price. The bathroom is very old and the walls look dirty. However I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the bed and it was there after the bed was remade. The cleaning staff are excellent, but there is only so much they can you with water damaged doors, chips in the bathtub, and warped walls. Check in took a very long time(over 30 minute

The location was convenient, but the condition of the property is very poor. Rooms are completely worn out, in need of a repair and are missing basic essencials such as little fridge, yea/coffee maker, chair, table. Fornthe price we paid per night, totally not worth it.

we had a room on the 4th floor and to open/close the windows, we had to ask for a special tool at the reception. the room was very hot. also, you need to bring cash if you want to leave your luggage, as it is not free (2€).

Run down hotel.

Run down hotel with the most basic room. The floor rumbles every few minutes from the subway. Window blinds were required to be fully drawn to get privacy from the street.

There is aircondition. The only option is to open tge window. You need a key through to do that and you get it from the front desk. How, the street is very noisy so you will not be able to sleep either the window is close or open. Also, El Rambla is 14 mins away, not 4 as the site states.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was fine. Only complaint was ran out of body wash in the shower and no soap in the bathroom, otherwise definitely a recommendation.

We spent very little time at the hotel as we had tours booked everyday. This hotels location was perfectly central. Very short walk from where airport shuttle AEROBUS drops you off. Very close to las Ramblas. If you are looking for a comfy bed and clean room this no frills hotel will do it

We get displayed zero stuff there was an option to do so, no working AC one member of staff on the front desk means it takes around an hour and a half to check-in along with that if you ever need anything there’s no chance of ever getting anything you require as only one person on the desk, the big factor is I went there no Work AC requested that I could have a refund which I was told I could I went back the second day to get my refund and was told I could only be refunded for two days. They lie they don’t have the correct facilities at work and operate and frankly you’re better off. Just paying a little bit more and getting a place that offers you the right standards if you really don’t care just stay here then.

Very deceptive from the pictures.

The room allotted was completely different from the pictures that I saw and booked. The room was extremely basic and dingy. It didn’t not have even a chair in it. And the Ac did not work as days were quite warm inside. Just a plywood box shelf’s with a tv on it. It felt like they put me up in a boxed up backup room. Not worth the money at all as it was very deceptive from what they showed online.

Need to be renewed and refurnished

3 different names for the same hotel : outside, in the elevator, on the door card. Dusty curtains, not possible to open windows, you need to ask a tool at the reception to open one even if you are non-smoker since your childhood. There is no table or desk, no chair even in the upgraded room, you shoul sit on the bed or on the toilet. Well, the published photos on Hotels.com keep you in the illusion. Very good for a 10 mins. stay.
