“Upon check in we discovered the apartment was full of dead flies. Maybe cleaned a few months ago, but not pre-check-in. We vacuumed the flies, and realised the vacuum cleaner absolutely stinks....like really un-usable bad. The flies soon came back, there is a problem in the kitchen (cupboard near the window) and downstairs bathroom (drain on floor) ...30/40 new flies a day. Disgusting. Window blinds on both upstairs windows are broken and do not open, they are mouldy too. The extractor fan……
