Bean Park Tours

Well cleaned room. The breakfast had good choices. Convenient location to eating options and the Gunderson Medical Center. Check-in went fast, the front desk lady was friendly. We had a couple questions in the morning, waited for a bit, but staff never came out and no one was around. Other than that it was a great stay overall.

Great location

Overall the hotel is very well maintained and was very clean. The only complaints we had were that the pool was cold & the loud guests. Unfortunately we heard the guests above our room jumping and stomping as well as guests passing in the hallway. Not sure if they were extra loud or if noises just travel further here. Eventually things did settle down so we did not need to ask the staff to get involved. Aside from those issues, our stay was very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of seating available. The location was also great as there were plenty of shopping options nearby. We would stay here again as the guest issues were not necessarily related to the hotel.
