Overall stay was okay. Did not realize when booking that this property is extremely busy with people going on the cruise ships. This made for long lines in the lobby for checking in and out and also long lines for the elevators. The long line for the elevators and the packed elevator cars got annoying after a while and we ended up using the stairs. On our last day after touring around we came back to an unclean room and no fresh towels. We had to call the front desk to request new towels and have our room cleaned. Overall our stay was okay but not what I was expecting and I wouldn’t stay here again.
