“Beautiful accommodation, with lovely vaulted ceiling making it bright and airy High quality finishes all round Kitchen has everything you need and a bottle of milk waiting in the fridge was a lovely touch Tea bags, coffee pods, crisps and biscuits also provided Bed was comfortable and high quality bedding Lovely big fluffy towels and M&S toiletries provided. It was so quiet at night meaning a great night sleep A lovely stay and would recommend a trip to Caster sands and Rye center”

“4 night stay April 2026 (Sunday to Thursday) - accommodation very clean, comfortable and modern, hosts very welcoming - location peaceful (a few sheep and horses over the fence at the bottom of the garden, but no noise) and nice dark skies (I saw a few Lyrid meteors during my stay!). Great kitchen facilities (so you can easily self-cater if you want) and excellent shower, better accommodation than a hotel if visiting the area IMHO. Well located, Hastings, Rye & Great Dixter all a quick drive……

“Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn.”

“Weather was great went to visit my grandchildren who live nearby pod was great could do with a good clean on outside and decking was abit wobbly would come again good price for what it was the bed really clean toilets and showers considering how many people on site”

“Lovely caravan overall. Mostly clean, although we did need to wash up the cutlery and cooking utensils as they were grubby/sticky with some food still on them. The garden is a nice grass area but not secure (had gaps through the hedges and nothing blocking under the caravan where there is a lot of debris). We kept our dog on a lead in the garden to be on the safe side.An outside light at the caravan would have been helpful for when coming back from a late night walk.Beauport Park is a great site……
