“1.除了大廳和房間，到處都是煙味，會議廳、一樓廁所間。 2.打給櫃檯索取瓶裝水，等了25分鐘，再次打去櫃檯後才派人送到獲取，根本忘記或交辦下去，服務不及格。 3.在2024/1/23-26中間住宿，房間空調非常的悶熱，晚上睡覺都被熱醒。”
