"Room was very spacious and well-decorated. Bed was very comfortable and spacious too. Breakfast is available for all from 8-10am, though I didn’t try this. Heating didn’t seem to be working but blanket was warm enough. Would recommend a stay - easily accessible to city centre by bus or tram"

"The hotel looks tired. Hall carpets looked dirty Room was lacking in some features. We were asked to save by reusing towels but no towel rails to hang towels up. Some of the equipment in the breakfast room was broken. Staff were helpful."
