“Thank you very much to the host for sending the check-in instructions in a timely and clear manner. The house is as seen in the photos, we only have a few observations, the mattresses are not in good condition, the cleaning has details (dirty on the carpets, under the beds and blinds) and the house is a bit dark. However, it worked perfect for us, we needed the house to sleep, it is located close to many establishments. Thank you so much”

“The place was perfect for 5 nights. Comfortable temp, even in this week's FL heat advisory. Roomy living area, comfortable bed/bedroom, & wonderful shower.The deck in back was nice, but with the heat and rain, I didn't get to enjoy it or the hammock. Host was quick to respond to all emails and is very polite.Absolutely excellent stay. I will be back!”

“**long post**First thing first. This family put work into this because it’s paradise. I’ve never been to Florida but if i needed a place that made me want to it was this. The pool was always available. We even started a bonfire. The house is tucked away so nobody can see anything from the street. I thought that was cool. Beach was close. Publix, liquor store and places to eat were close. The best part was me having to stay a little longer because of our flight and Lynne was able to get us in...

“Great stay in a good location. Has almost everything you could need. I believe the listing says there is salt, pepper and cooking spray, but it did not. My only complaint is that the floors were not cleaned upon our arrival. If you’re staying here, bring some slippers, unless you enjoy black feet.”

“Our family had a great vacation while in Florida.. And, the house was an extra bonus to come back to. The pool was very clean and the house was spotless air was so cold after full day in the sun. One of the best houses I have stayed in. I would stay there again! ”
