“This place was fantastic! I stayed for 1 week with my small dog. The view was fantastic looking out at San Mateo as I worked remotely. There was a nice work desk with automatic height adjustments. There are lots of little amenities (Toto toilet seat :)) and Starbucks coffee. The area is very quiet and peaceful. This is the lower level of a house (separate entrance and patio) so you will hear the people up above walking around and floorboards but that was easily silenced by turning on the……

“The cottage in Alameda exceeded expectations in every way: Light and airy inside, a good-sized bath off the bedroom with a large living room work area in the front of the hone. “The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!”
