Wished United would not charge extra for seats that were formerly part of ticket price.

My first flight with United. I will be back

Staff was great at getting people qied in line and boarding fast. Once on board the team was very helpful and fast helping everyone. I have never loaded so quickly and efficiently. Getting off the plane was also a breeze. I'd love to fly again. My seats were better then economy, premium, but I will never do again because 13 hours in a seat like that almost killed this old guy. Not at all a dangerous seat or any fault of your company. I just couldn't sleep at all. Yes the recline and pitch helped comfort level but Brutal, just brutal

bring ear buds/phones (you can purchase them for $3 though). The seats have individual screens that you can watch free movies and tv shows. There is a huge selection and helps pass the time if you don't like to read while you fly.

Seats are small in the back...limited leg room for tall people and uncomfortable head rest

Snacks because of three hour weather delay was appreciated.

The new budget or low price fares get nothing. They made sure my brief case only had my book in it, no “Rick Steve’s” bags allowed its pretty barbaric that in 2019 they allow no carry on. They willl of course allow carry on if you pay a bagge fee. The worst part about new low fares is that you can not check in on line, which means you have to get in the cattle line at the airport to get a seat. It appears all airlines United Delta Alaska have the same boarding process for budget fares I.e. no carry on bags
