Generally OK, except: - I had trouble finding my Confirmation Code for the return leg of my trip. The code for the first leg was on the Expedia confirmation, *but the code for the second one was not.* I had to hunt through all my emails to finally find one that showed it in small print. *Both codes should have been on the confirmation and everything with my itinerary on it.* - I had trouble checking in with Air Canada. They said I could do it 24 hrs before the flight, but I had trouble pulling up my record. - I had a lot of trouble paying for this. My original credit card didn't go through, I ended up having to call customer service and didn't get good prompt service. - On the return flight my entertainment screen was very dim, even with the brightness setting turned all the way up. Also the touch screen didn't work very well - I often had to tap repeatedly and hard. At one point I annoyed the passenger in front of me, and at another point the person in back of me had the same problem which bothered me.
