Only issues were the heating that didn’t work (but two spatial heaters were provided) and the internet was very inconsistant making it difficult to use for serious work. “We loved the location of this property. Close to airport and easy to get to highways to get around. Parking space is a must in SF and this place has one. “We stayed here for three nights while visiting San Francisco in July 2025. The house was about 20 minutes from downtown and included on site parking in the driveway. The master bedroom had a king bed, one bedroom had a queen, and the other had two twin beds. Both bathrooms were recently updated. The kitchen was large and wonderful, opening into the family room with a huge Roku TV. There is also a dedicated office space off the kitchen. ”

“The cottage in Alameda exceeded expectations in every way: Light and airy inside, a good-sized bath off the bedroom with a large living room work area in the front of the hone. Updates to the kitchen make it a pleasure for cooking and eating. Even a washer and dryer for us to wash clothes and the sheets at the end of our first week of stay. Perfect for a couple in the cozy queen bed: i wouldn't recommend a third person unless they were sleeping in something like a port a crib. Look for the Seaplanes and you are good!! Houseboat is right off the Mill Valley/Sausalito bike path. We rode our e-bikes EVERYWHERE and it was the best.
