"Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschmackvoll, modern und hochwertig, mit allem, was man braucht. Durch vor Anreise vom Vermieter erhaltene Informationen waren wir auch gut vorbereitet. Die große Terrasse mit der schönen Markise ist ein Highlight und dort war es trotz der zentralen Lage erstaunlich ruhig. Die Lösung, das innenliegende zweite Schlafzimmer mit einer Schiebetür zu verschließen, finde ich sehr gelungen. Und beschriftete Lichtschalter findet man anderswo...

"Bensersiel ist ein schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen. Geschäfte Restaurants und Eisdielen sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sowie der Strand und der kleine Hafen. Das Haus von Herrn Bachmann ist super geräumig was auf den Fotos erst anders aussah. Aber gerade der Mega tolle Wintergarten und der Garten mit Terrasse und Strandkorb sind echt schön für einfach mal relaxen oder auch im Sommer um lecker zu essen oder was zu spielen. "Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und das ist somit auch das einzig positive. Das Mobiliar, vor allem die Esszimmerstühle waren total verschlissen, ständig war man am Fegen (Staubsauger nicht vorhanden) weil das Kunstleder permanent abblätterte. An dem Fenster an der Küche rieselte der Putz von der Decke. Heute waren dann dort auf dem Boden und am Fenster im Schlafzimmer Pfützen. Im Wohnbereich an der Wand kam auch ein nasser Fleck durch.
