The Space: Crystal Lake Ridge is a year-round 30-day extended stay rental above beautiful Crystal Lake in the Village of Benzonia. Adorned with an artistic and eclectic collection of both local treasures and those from afar, Crystal Lake Ridge is best suited for adults and older kids. The property boasts amenities such as one-level living, an attached garage, lower-raising beds, and a chef's kitchen. There are also fabulous community perks like tennis courts, an outdoor pool with lounge chairs and shaded seating, and a quiet no-through traffic residential neighborhood!! Inside Crystal Lake Ridge, you will be greeted by vaulted ceilings, bright windows, and an easy-flowing open floor plan. The living room is comfortable and cozy with a wood-burning stove, big screen smart tv, stereo, DVD/VHS player, and local cable channels. The dining room features ample seating and walks out to one of two ground-level decks. The kitchen comes equipped with almost every cooking utensil or appliance imaginable! There are plenty of pots, pans, crocks, and serving dishes, plus the outdoor charcoal grill and smoker making it ideal for guests that like to stay in and cook. Guests will also enjoy the large desk with a monitor, two printers, and plenty of office supplies available for their use in the library. The large primary bedroom features a full-size dresser, wall-mounted tv, queen bed, huge walk-in closet, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Bedroom number two also has a large closet and is adjacent to the common-use three-quarter bathroom. In the hall, guests will find linens and towels, including pool towels, an air mattress, guest toothbrushes, first aid supplies, a foam bed wedge bed, a humidifier, a blood pressure machine, games, and tennis balls! Guests will also be provided with a small number of supplies to get their stay started, including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and hand soap. Shampoo and conditioner are not provided. Pool access and patio furniture are available for guests to use seasonally. Crystal Lake Ridge is within 10 minutes of Lake Michigan, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, Crystal Downs Country Club, St. Ambrose Cellars, Downtown Frankfort, four local breweries, endless shorelines, beaches, boat launches, and tons of hiking/biking trails! Rental Policy: \- No smoking or fireworks are permitted. \- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. \- Minimum booking age is 25. \- Guest must abide by HOA rules and regs. \- Pool usage is not guaranteed. \- One dog (1) is okay upon approval. No oversized or dangerous breeds. Pets are not permitted to be left alone for long periods of time. No pets on furniture. \- We have partnered with Safely to provide rental property damage protection for all reservations. Coverage for stays up to 120 nights is included in your reservation. \- Photo ID required. Guest Access: This property features self-check-in. Check-in after 10 pm is not permitted. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in. The Neighborhood: Benzonia Township Getting Around: Car is recommended. Other Things to Note: Guests are provided with a small amount of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: •November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds. •May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds. •Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.) •Dispose of food and trash. •Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link. •Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.) •Washed, dried, and put away dishes. •Turn off lights. •Lock the door. This condo had no lake views or lake access. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning and/or ceiling fans.
