“The area was great and hotel were very characterful, especially the lobby area which was delightfully heritage in it's design and appearance. The room was a great size and was very comfortable with a great view and original styled wooden shutters. The room was however very cold at times, the heating was not adequate for a room of that size. The room could also do with some upgrades such as a fridge and/or a safe. I would have preferred the rooms to feel more like the downstairs in terms of……

“Ideal location right in the centre of the city. the parking had changed because of a contract issue with the underground parking site (if i understood the explanation correctly) to a site a short walk away for £3 per day which wasnt a problem. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were excellent and welcoming. It was off season and we were the only guests so breakfast was served chilled which in winter wasnt totally ideal. There were no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room but walking down……

“I booked this hotel from Dec 28-30 several weeks prior and upon arrival there were no guests or staff. The hotel was under renovation/construction. There was no communication either from Orbitz or Belagrita Hotel about situation or I should not have been allowed to book this hotel for these dates. Wasted my family time while on vacation visiting Berat.”

“The hotel is very basic. The room lacks soundproofing, which means we hear every outside sound. At breakfast, only the fruit was tasty. The service from the breakfast staff is good. They are attentive and serve you quickly. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Berat bus station.”
