“Description du bien conforme même en deçà de la réalité... Le logement est grand moderne propre et très bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants et les grands. Au-delà de la piscine, du toboggan et des balançoires... il y a les lapins, les moutons, l'etang et son terrain de pétanque avec des tables de pique-nique. Le cadre est magnifique. Anne et son mari sont des hotes accueillants, sympathiques et de très bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir partagé un moment en famille……

Plenty of space inside and out, great swimming pool. Great location to explore the Lot Garonne & take in the local summer festivities.”

“This place is an amazing gem! I liked it so much I extended my stay by two days. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and excited to have me there. They have a lovely hike around their property, and I got to see some exciting (but safe) wildlife. Eymet is VERY close-by with MANY high-quality restaurants. ...All this, and I haven't even really talked about the property yet...stunning, modern, spacious. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, la propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nourrir les animaux est un plaisir. Nous reviendrons !”

“We had an excellent 3 weeks stay, the house is truly amazing. Large, well equipped kitchen, great out door table and chairs. 4 large bedrooms. great pool, we wanted a place that was quiet and it was. It is only a half an hour walk to the bar in town down a quiet country lane. Would highly recommend a stay here.”

“We loved this property. Probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Supermarkets were a 15 min drive, as was the nearest (open!) boulangerie in Castillionnes. The house had everything we needed. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Fans in the main house bedrooms for warm nights and my parents had A/C in the pigeonnair. The pool was fabulous, much needed in the summer sun. A few lovely walks around and about too. Lovely outdoor eating area and lovely furniture and umbrellas. Plenty of outdoor……

“The six of us had a wonderful stay at Petit Nivelle. The farmhouse was charming and inviting. We enjoyed cozy fires in the fireplace on chilly mornings and evenings. The kitchen is amazing, well-stocked with utensils and pots and pans. We visited all the surrounding markets, many beautiful and historical sites along the Dordogne, Saint-Émilion as well. Bob and Evelyn next door, could not have been more helpful, hospitable and pleasant - all are memories that will never be forgotten. Thank you……

“We had a truly wonderful week in this property. In particular the facilities were exceptional - a full sized tennis court with plenty of rackets and balls, a clean, beautiful pool with ample sun loungers, table tennis, bikes, we were kept busy! Also the kitchen was superbly equipped for large groups with three fridges, all the utensils you could ever need, and multiple dining spaces inside and out. Sandra and Thierry were extremely accommodating and friendly, and responded quickly and generously……

“What a wonderful house in such a beautiful location. We loved every minute of our stay! It is so peaceful, yet not too secluded that you feel cut off. Perfect! The pool is fabulous; large and clean, and very welcoming on hot days. The house is very well furnushed and has everything you'd ever need for cooking eyc. Lots to do in the local area too - we loved visiting nearby towns and markets, as well as chateaux and vineyards, and of course, canoeing on the Dordogne. Some fantastic restaurants……

“Karen’s Le Chouettes is a lovely rural property that was perfect for our family. We stayed in the cottage and we found it so well laid out with plenty of privacy for everyone but many common areas to enjoy each others company. We had a few days in April where the kids were able to enjoy the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were of top quality. Plenty of thick towels were also provided. This property is outside of a very small town. In the off season when we stayed, not much……

“Les propriétaires sont très agréables et discrets. Ils sont très attentionnés. Les enfants ont vraiment profité du jardin et des animaux! La piscine est propre et parfaite pour 4 personnes. Le gîte est bien équipé et il reste frais malgré les fortes chaleurs. Kim et Graeme proposent des vélos et des jeux pour les après-midi à l'ombre. Les prestations sont parfaites. Le gîte est au calme mais les commerces nécessaires sont à proximité en vélo ou voiture. Adresse à retenir en Dordogne. Merci……

“Une superbe piscine, une maison agreable en pleine campagne ! La climatisation utile pour les chambres du haut. Tres bien situé pour diverses activités (culture, gastro, fun et sensation !) Un resto ou tout est fait maison dans le village a 3km (la p'tite factory). Bref nous recommandons !”
