“The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! ”

“Wir hatten ein Standart-DZ, das ausgesprochen groß geschnitten und praktisch eingerichtet war. Es gab sogar eine extra Couch, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Wasserkocher und genügend Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Das große Bett war überaus bequem. Besonders gut haben uns die rustikalen Zimmertüren gefallen, passt zwar nicht zum Zimmerstil selbst, aber wunderschön. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes, da hätten wir mehr erwartet. Zum Abendessen konnte man ins……

“We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne ”

Sollte man beachten. Das System mit dem Schlüsselkasten für Ankünfte nach 20:00 Uhr funktionierte sehr gut. Danke für den gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die weitere Umgebung ist für das Wandern mit Hund wirklich schön. Komme gerne wieder! ”
