Lovely hotel friendly front of house staff but waitresses on the casino floor were very sparse and when you asked for a drink they were very unfriendly and quite rude and never came back with your drink.. the Lodge Casino across the road was so much nicer

The whole experience was poor. From checking in and the front desk clerk not saying hi. I got to my room and it smelled of smoke, the toilet didn't work and the AC wasn't cooling. Super fun getaway! Booked for a short Father/Daughter trip. Doesn't get better than this treehouse/cabin. Daughter loved everything about it.
