Cabin was absolutely amazing and the host are very thoughtful in case you are not 100% prepared they get you by until.you can stock up. 100% recommended for a little piece n quite. Snowed for Christmas which made it even better for the family. Kids enjoyed playing in the snow and seeing the wild life roam.

Had an amazing time at the Towering Pines Cabin. The owner was extremely nice and very accommodating. The cabin was beautiful and very spacious. There was so much to do in the area. We really enjoyed the peaceful mountain scenery, the outdoor fire pit, and watching the wildlife the area has to offer. We would definitely recommended this place to anyone.

Hostess: Annie was available at all times if we had questions. She had a welcome note and gift wsiting when we arrived along with clearly produced instructions for checkout time. Cabin: The cabin was immaculate from floors to windows and beautifully appointed with cozy, woodsy themed art and treasures. The well equipped kitchen was ready for anything we might want to cook. All the conveniences of home snd then some set in a beautiful, peaceful forest with abundant wildlife. The enormous washer and dryer were s super plus! I could hang out in the loft area for days! Thank you, Annie for sharing your wonderful cabin with us! Sharon Butler, Michael and Scott

Great cabin
We had a great stay at the cabin. We were in town for a wedding across the street at the Pueblo Mountain Park which is right across the street and we could walk! The cabin was quiet and easy to find. It is clean and is great for kids with the toys inside and playhouse outside. We would definitely stay again!

This property is fantastic! We loved our stay, only wish we could have spent more time there. This host has thought of everything you might need. From toiletries to hair appliances to frozen pizza. You feel like you are secluded but not far from civilization. We loved all the hummingbird feeders. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Christmas Break Vacation
This cabin was amazing, the owner was so easy to communicate with and made our stay the best. My family and I have stayed at several in the past few years in different places and this experience was by far the best. The owner had everything available that you could possibly think of. The cabin has a beautiful setting in the pines that was refreshing to be able to listen to the wind blow through them. There was abundance of wildlife in the yard to watch and enjoy. We will definitely love to go back again to experience in a heart beat.

Outstanding
We are a family of 6, grandparents all the way down to grandsons (ages 10 and 12). What an amazing time we had. The house was perfect inside and out. It is built with a log cabin blueprint so the rooms are separated from each other but the loft upstairs was able to accommodate all of us easily, and we were all able to eat together at the table in the kitchen. At the same time, when the grandsons and parents wanted to watch a movie at night that we were not necessarily interested in, we grandparents could go down and have our own room living room with a fireplace, comfy couches and choose our own movie. We are a hiking family but the grandsons so enjoyed the outside area, that we did not leave the house. That speaks volumes on how well the outside accommodates a family. The boys want to come back in the summer which is also a high vote from kids. One more outstanding feature -- the mattresses on the adult beds. In fact, we are purchasing a mattress exactly like the one we slept on. To have that high end of a mattress in a vacation rental is unusual. Since we have a grandson with special dietary requirements (Type 1 Diabetic and Celiac), we cooked all our meals and snacks. Kitchen was well-equipped. The hostess was responsive to any needs (didn't have any) and/or questions (had those), and seemed to be invested in us having a good time. Excellent property. Excellent time with our family. Looking forward to coming back!

Rustic feel but modern convenience
This house has a old wood cabin feel to it and yet it has a lot of modern perks. We stayed in this cabin for 8 days and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Our kids 'loved' sleeping in the loft. Loved sitting outside on the deck watching the hummingbirds fight over the feeders. There was 1 bird that kept running off all the others and tried to keep the feeders for himself. That was a kick! The privacy with all the trees and listening to the birds was so nice. This property is close to all sorts of outings that you can get to. Annie was very quick on all responses back to us that we had about the area. If you are thinking about renting this cabin, I suggest you do. It gave us the time to relax with our children and just breathe and de-stress from our everyday lives. If we decide to go out this way again, we will definitely want to stay here!
