“The staff during the morning and evening were extremely helpful and kind. Initially my credit card would not work due to fraud being detected. The staff member helped me try to withdraw cash from an atm and did his best to be helpful. Unfortunately upon checking in, the room wasn’t in good condition and had corners where the wall was peeling, stained and also the air conditioner was at 21 degrees Celsius and still the room was warm. We left the hotel and cancelled our reservation no more than……
