“We loved the property! Great location to all that we were doing while in the area! Would stay here again. We would like to suggest since we are older folks with limited tech savvy, please leave a list of what each remote does. There were so many it was over whelming! Other than the TV we never figured out what the others did especially the ones in the bathrooms. Also we had never seen those types of bathroom mirrors and could not figure out how to dim or turn off the three lights on the mirror……

“In the renters defense I booked with only 24 hours notice, I should have taken a hint when I didn’t get the email. Once contact was made, the rest went fine. Renter was kind and apologetic about the communication issues. Had more time been given i am sure the home would have been ready. It’s a beautiful private location, just not for the price offered, in my humble opinion.”

“I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. “We had a great stay at this beautiful cottage in Eden. The place is clean, cozy, and super comfortable with two nice bedrooms, each with its own TV, plus two bathrooms which made everything easy.The living area is perfect for relaxing—fireplace, huge TV, and everything you need to feel at home. The fenced yard and quiet setting across from wooded land made it really peaceful, and we even enjoyed seeing wildlife nearby.Great location close to town but still private and quiet.
