“The pictures do not do this house justice! It was a gorgeous home with plenty of things that made it feel like we weren’t staying at a hotel. I traveled with family and there was enough space for all 8 of us to spread out and do our own thing. The house was clean, check in was a breeze and the host was easy to contact. Additionally, we were offered late check out and didn’t feel like we were being watched the whole time. Shops and other activities were less than 20 minutes away and the views……

“This was one of my favorite stays. Communication with the host was a breeze, and she was so kind. This little cottage looks so simple from the outside, but it anything but simple. It's updated, has a well stocked kitchen, and is thoughtfully decorated. The fireplace creates a cozy space. The hot tub is the perfect way to end the day. The real star was the shower. Excellent water pressure and features. Bed was also comfortable. The location is pretty unbeatable. We walked to town multiple times,……

“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”
