"Pedro was great with communication, the space was exactly as pictured and met our needs for a one night stay. It was good we had a car as it’s a residential neighborhood (very quiet) and there aren’t any restaurants or shops in the area. There is no source of heat but when we asked about that we were provided with an electric heater in short order (late October stay and it was a rainy colder day). My only complaint would be the bed was too hard for us so I didn’t get a good sleep. "

"Great place to stay for a close walk to beach and restaurants and the trolly up the hill to see the famous waves. Room was comfortable. "Stayed in a deluxe sweet first one only one TV worked second one the plumbing in both bathrooms sinks didn’t drain overnight was still filled with water in one bathroom the toilet seat was not attached and was three sizes too small also did not have toilet paper roll holders, and there was no towel racks. In both bathrooms I see these as basic necessities every room should have. Also, on hotels they state they have a spa. There is no spa on site or around the hotel."
