““ LA CASA DE VERANO ”

The Summer House es una hermosa casa de playa diseñada para unas relajantes vacaciones de verano o una escapada de invierno. Ubicado en una posición elevada, solo una serie de escalones hacia las arenas vírgenes de Boat Harbour Beach en la costa noroeste de Tasmania.

The Summer House cuenta con una cocina de última generación inundada de luz y áreas de sala y comedor de planta abierta. La casa de verano cuenta con dos terrazas elevadas y una amplia terraza que ofrece impresionantes vistas de 180 grados del mar, Boat Harbour Beach y Table Cape.

La casa de verano está amueblada con buen gusto para garantizar que su estancia sea relajante y cómoda. Independientemente de la temporada, la Casa de Verano no decepcionará.

Summer house in winter

Despite booking a sun seeker adventure in winter knowing we'd likely be disappointed, we enjoyed a marvelous sunny getaway and the comforts of a lovely beachside home. With nearby beach access, mild weather and friendly locals, we left feeling revived and relaxed.

Excellent stay at Boat Harbour

We had an excellent short holiday at Summer House in Boat Harbour. The house was all that the pictures had shown on the website. Lovely!The environment was quiet and private and close to a great cafe and beach.We would recommend this home for all wishing to have an enjoyable holiday.Our hostess was friendly and helpful.What more could you want. Blissful Weekend in the sun

We love Boat Harbour and have stayed in the area previously.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable, relaxing and had everything we needed. It was just as described on Stayz.Couldnt fault the location, amenities, anything...we are already thinking about when we can stay again. We had a wonderful time just relaxing at the Summer House. The view was fantastic and the Bay itself was beyond our expectations. Clear, clean gorgeous. We feel lucky to have found this accommodation and look forward to returning.

Beautiful Boat Harbour

Delightful house with gorgeous view of the Bass Strait and just a couple of minutes walk down steps to the beach. The house is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want or need. Extremely quiet location and Seekers cafe is a stone’s throw away - coffee/breakfast/lunch (+ cakes and muffins). Linda (the property manager) is great to deal with. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday or weekend break.

A Piece of Paradise

Property in a great location to take in magnificent panoramic ocean views from the comfort of the Lounge and front decking. We loved having breakfast in the cleverly designed dinning area also taking in the ocean views. Pantry and kitchen supplies were extremely well stocked. I would rate this property a 6 star rating even though I could only go up to a 5 star. Thank you Linda for a memorable stay.

The location of the house is gorgeous. The front deck and back decks have excellent views of Bass Strait and Boat Harbour. The house is clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The appliances are really good. We are regulars and are looking forward to next year’s stay already.

Fantastic accommodation. Brilliant location, modern, clean, well appointed home. Comfortable beds, lovely linen, great shower, warm and cosy and everything you could possible need in the kitchen to create and serve a super dinner if you were in the mood to cook. A Spectacular View of Boat Harbour Bay

This a beautiful and well appointed holiday home with a spectacular view of boat harbour bay. Everything you could possibly want for a few days or a week away. 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 mins from a coffee shop/cafe. Has an addition there is a fully self contained apartment downstairs if you have 6 people. Our teenage kids loved the self contained space. Couldn’t recommend this home highly enough. In addition Linda was great to deal with. Thank you.

The best spot in beautiful Boat Harbour

What a gorgeous spot with the most stunning views out across the beach and sea. Very comfortable sofas and beds and had everything our little family needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was fantastic, we had an issue arise and they dealt with it very professionally and swiftly. Highly recommended.
