February 23 half term ski trip!

The property is well situated with easy access to the slopes and shops. The collection/return of keys is a little bit of a faff as a good distance away from the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped, bar a clothes dryer which the owner has now purchased. The apartment is a little tired and could do with some modernisation but still represents value for money given the location, free parking and overall facilities on offer.

Bon emplacement. Propre. Pratique.

Bon appartement, proche des pistes et des commodités.Petit bémol : le matelas du lit double – très creusé, mérite d’être renouvelé. Il occasionne des douleurs dorsales pour les moins jeunes.Sinon c’est l’un des appartements les plus propres que nous avons pu connaître.

très bonne situation et très confortable

Cet appartement (Nova 1)bénéficie d'un emplacement parfait par rapport au centre de la station, il est dans un état impeccable, arrangé avec gout, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le sol en plancher, l'existence d'une machine à laver séchante, les lits confortables( les couettes et oreillers pratiquement neufs) ainsi que d'avoir dans la cuisine tout ce qui est nécessaire. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Appartement est très bien situé : proche des pistes et des commerces et très agréable : lumineux, belle vue, plusieurs espaces de vie (place suffisante pour 2 adultes et 2 ados) Il est bien équipé en rangements, en ustensiles de cuisine (super machine à café notamment :o), le fait qu’il dispose d’un lave-linge est également très appréciable.

Trés bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine aux arcs dans cet appartement (3 adultes et 2 enfants). Il est vraiment très bien équipé (TV et literie de qualité, cuisine tout équipée, grand frigo, lave-linge séchant et lave vaisselle, aspirateur mains-libres, wifi, etc...). L'immeuble est idéalement situé car vraiment au pied des pistes (juste en face des cours ESF). En complément la propriétaire a été charmante et a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions pour préparer le séjour (en fournissant notamment des documents visant à faciliter notre arrivée). A recommander !

Great location for the slopes

The apartment was comfortable for 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children, but anymore would have been a little cramped. The kitchen was well equipped which is great, but it was probably overly and many unused items had gathered dust and grim which isn't appealing. The double bedroom and alcove for bunk beds are very good and the living area tidy although showing some signs of ware and tear to fixtures and fittings. As others have pointed out it is very convenient for the many ski lifts in Arc 1800 and shops, restaurants and the ski pass office is nearby. We stayed during one of the busiest times of the year and the wait times at the lifts took a good chunk out of the day, also the odd reveler could be heard clearly in the midst of the night singing their way home, although neither of these points are reflective of the apartment. Getting the keys felt a bit of a hassle if you have not been to the resort before and getting bags from and to the car can be a pain. Anyhow its easy to focus on the negatives but overall we had a great time whilst in resort and for a family of 4, once you're in and settled, it was a very pleasant and provides reasonable value for money.

Good apartment for your ski rest

Apartment is very comfortable for 4 adult people's! Small and nice kitchen very useful, but you can find all you need. It was surprise, but we found even coffe machine dolce gusto! It's was nice for breakfast. Excellent location, only few meters from ski lift. Nice apartment!!!

2ème séjour, toujours aussi bien

C'est notre deuxième séjour en famille dans cet appartement et mon commentaire est exactement le même que la première fois. Il est extrêmement bien situé dans la station des arcs 1800, idéal pour les familles avec enfants car seulement à quelques pas des remontées mécaniques et de l'ESF. Très belle vue du balcon et appartement parfaitement équipé.

Annonce conforme à la description, bien agencé et bien équipé. Le + c est vraiment l accès au pistes, l appartement est au 12e donc pas d ascenseur à prendre, un escalier permet un accès rapide aux remontés. A recommander!
