Everything is top‑quality – fully equipped kitchen, perfect pool, beautiful lawn, and great privacy with lots of space from the neighbors.We almost didn’t book because there were few reviews, but we’re so glad we did. “A dream of a villa. We had an amazing time. The views are staggering. Out across the sea, for miles and miles, all framed by the Peloponnese and Methana. The house is perfect. Stylish without being precious, and very well-equipped and usable. The pool and outdoor dining area are wonderful and it's a joy to be able to trundle down the steps to the near-private beach below. The photos absolutely do not do it justice; and Christopher, the owner, couldn't have been nicer. Communicative, helpful……

“The appartement is very well located: 5 min walk to the next beach, 10 min to the next mini-market. You can see the sea from the terrace. The appartement itself is very well equipped - even bath towels - and very clean. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay a lot. We have been there as a family. “Excellent value, excellent location, about 5 minutes from the port, excellent amenities, very clean, and nice host. Shower had hot water, kitchen was well-stocked, there was a Nespresso machine and host provided some capsules, dry coffee, and a nice welcome gift. “A lovely place to stay. An absolute stunning view over the bay across the Aegean sea to the isle of spetses. My wife and me used the place as base to exploring the peloponnes but it absolute lovely to stay there and explore the area. To get to the place is a quite bit of a challenge. A 6 min. Hill walk from the town Square or drive around on the half hill on a bumpy washed out dirt road. Definitely helpful to have an old jeep or something. Not the best for our old Civic. “We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. “We were a family of 6 with a 7th friend of one our daughters and enjoyed a perfect time in late July. The A/C and the great pool made the heat well bearable. While the nearby beach was not in the best shape, the house though is a superb starting point to Hydra from Metoxi and to Mykene/ Epidauros and Nafplio. The rooms were clean and appropiate, everything worked well and the support from the Bill & John Team via WhatsApp was perfect. We highly recommend this house.”
