Stayed here many times over the years. Great location, character building, friendly staff, superb breakfast, easy parking.
Tempered on this particular occasion by ineffective room air conditioning and a dog basket & dirty glasses to greet us outside the room on arrival. Hopefully these points will get sorted soon.

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

This hotel is in the middle of a conference center surrounded by a university campus. It's a bit of a walk from most of the the train stations but not too bad. It looked like it had a nice breakfast set up but I didn't try it. The price was right, so if you don't mind a few university students playing hacky sack on your way into the building it's perfectly fine.

"A quaint old fashioned inn. Amenities a bit dated but all functioning. Bath with jets was a plus. Loved the provision of bottled water and little biscuits. Breakfast was a lovely continental affair. Only downside was the winding staircases that made taking luggage up and down difficult."
