After a day skiing or exploring Breck, unwind in one of nine hot tubs, two pools, or the sauna. Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers, this cozy escape offers comfort, convenience, and on-site favorites like Starbucks, Little Man Ice Cream, and a free shuttle to Main Street. The Space: 📍 Located in Building 4, the closest to the slopes—this ground-floor studio offers true ski-in/ski-out access and a peaceful mountain setting. 🛏️ Queen bed + sleeper sofa (sleeps 4) 🔥 Fireplace + smart TV 🧑‍🍳 Kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker & dishes 🆕 New luxury flooring throughout 🐾 Dog-friendly ($75 per well-behaved dog, per stay) ❄️ Portable A/C available in the summer months only 🧸 Pack ’n Play available by request (please bring your own sheets) 📶 High-speed Wi-Fi + streaming 🏊 Indoor/outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room & spa ☕ On-site: Starbucks, Little Man Ice Cream, restaurants, mini market & game room 🎿 Note: Peak 9 lifts close mid-April – free shuttle runs to Peak 8 🚗 Parking paid directly to Beaver Run — $15/night off-season, $39–$42/night ski season (we’re right on the slopes!) I had a wonderful stay at this resort! Everything was clean and well maintained. I specially loved the outdoor hot tubs, they were the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of walking, hiking, shopping. The indoor pool was great. I really enjoyed the amenities this resort has to offer, from restaurants, convenience store, spa and an arcade room. This resort is pet-friendly, so we got to enjoy this vacation with our furr babies. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend. Being on the ground floor and have ski lockers on the same floor was great. You can get your skis out of the locker, go out the door and jump on the Beaver Run Super Chair. It was perfect for exploring all the peaks. The walk to town was a 10-15 minute walk. Ryan, our host, was beyond responsive, providing top notch service. The rental had everything we needed. The condo was lovely, very well deigned and comfortable. It soooo convenient to the ski lockers and just a short ski down to the Beaver Run Superchair Lift. We had a wonderful time and it was easy to ski in and check on our dog midday. In the evenings it was a short walk down the hill to town and great dining. Ryan and Co were extremely responsive, provided clear check in instructions and responded within minutes when I had a question. But this unit is literally just steps from the ski lockers, pool/hot tubs, and parking lot. That is good with a dog early in the morning... but not so good with the view. But honestly I give up a view for walking 200 feet and I am in my skis. No stairs is big thing as I get older too. Interior is great. The kitchenette is small but fully stocked. Also nice was the clean and comfy furniture and bed. Our stay at Beaver Run was outstanding. Studio was clean, well stocked, and very very nice. Hot tub and pool just down the hall. Host had great recommendations for the weekend too. The resort was quiet, and we heard very little noise from the hall. We enjoyed having use of the hot tub, but we didn't take advantage of the other activities available at the resort.
