“We loved our three-night stay at Residence Altea! The location was great - very central to the pedistrian-only section of Ortesei and near the veniculars/cable cars to the various mountain hikes. The room was very large and spacious and well-equipped! The breakfast was included and delicious! Monika at the front desk was always helpful and very, very friendly. She had great hiking tips each day based on the weather :) We also took full advantage of the spa ammenities and enjoyed them very much……

“Die Unterkunft ist der Traum. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühl. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und Frau Fuchsberger hat uns super nett und mit einem kleinen Schmankerl empfangen. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war perfekt und immer super hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Habe selten eine so gut ausgestattete Unterkunft gehabt. Der einzige kleine Nachteil (wenn man von Nachteil sprechen kann) ist, dass man etwas abseits ist da die Unterkunft auf……

Staff very helpful, parking easy and rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It's a bit of a drive up the mountain, but that affords privacy and beautiful views. "Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it.
