"From the moment we tried to checkin, but were unable to because there was no key in the key safe, it felt like we were unexpected guests. Many, many phone calls later, it was about an hour & half before someone delivered our key. The external entry way is cluttered with chairs, rugs, etc. which makes it uninviting. The room is as pictured, but what is not pictured is the extensive use of extension leads & power boards. The fridge was turned off so we had to load cold groceries into a warm...
