Fresh Linen & Towels】
- We are trying our best to make sure guests enjoy the stay, and we provide fresh linen, 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels. (Please send a request before your arrival If you'd like extra linen or towels.)
【About unexpected cleaning issues】
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we will arrange for a cleaner to solve your problem within 6 hours.
- Any cleaning-related issues must be raised with the landlord within 6 hours of check-in and remedies must be allowed. If no remedy is allowed, no refund will be allowed.
- The property is professionally cleaned after each stay and should be kept clean and tidy upon check-out.
- Any additional cleaning costs or damage will be borne by the guest.
【Public Amenities (Pool, etc)】
- Please kindly notice: the public facilities might be unavailable due to unexpected or scheduled maintenance that is organized by the building manager. As your host, I don't receive timely notifications or updates from the building manager.
【Lost and Found】
- We will keep your items for up to 2 weeks. The items could be picked up at a negotiated place or mailed to your address. The postage shall be applied.
【Privacy & ID Verification】
- Before booking, you may be asked to provide proof of identity. This important measure is to maintain a safe environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements. As part of our policy, we cannot rent out our rooms to individuals under a certain age or to people using different names. Your personal information will not be disclosed.
