WELCOME TO THE BEACH
Completely renovated in April 2018, this modernized 2-room holiday apartment (about 50 m²) is located on the ground floor with direct access to the sunny s / w terrace. It has a fresh shower room with bathtub, a bright bedroom with separate storage room or Wardrobe, a new & modern kitchenette incl. Dishwasher and high quality equipment and a cozy and spacious living / dining room. Free Wi-Fi, satellite.-TV, DVD player, music system and a car park are also part of this chilly apartment ... and not to forget: the original Wellenreiter surfboard!

Immer wieder gern!

Das Wellenreiter-Appartement ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Stil eingerichtet und die Küche mit allem ausgeatattet, was man selber zu Hause auch hat! Ich war begeistert! Der Strand und die Steilküste sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Entweder man schlendert durch die kleine Parkanlage, oder man nimmt die etwas längere Strecke, welche an der Landstraße entlang führt. Ein kleines Café ist direkt um die Ecke. Wer die Natur liebt, sollte durch die Feldmark spazieren. Die Umgeben und der Ausblick sind traumhaft! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und darauf bedacht, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen! Wir sagen noch einmal herzlichen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Eine schöne, praktische und ruhige Ferienwohnung.

Nachdem die Polstermöbel am Anfang zunächst noch einmal von allerlei Hundehaaren gereinigt werden mussten, war es insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt für uns. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, funktionell und bietet genug Platz für zwei Personen. Das Kochgeschirr müsste allerdings einmal durchgesehen und ergänzt werden. Es fehlten einige Topfdeckel und die Pfannen waren in keinem guten Zustand mehr. Auf dem Cerankochfeld war eine Kochplatte nicht voll funktionsfähig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber , klasse eingerichtet. Eine kleine Terasse mit Gasgrill war auch vorhanden. Check in völlig unkompliziert, wir durften sogar schon eher in die Wohnung. Ein Fahrradschuppen für unsere E Bikes war nicht direkt an der Wohnung, aber zumindest gab es einen . Wir können die Wohnung ohne weiteres für 2 Personen empfehlen

Schönes Appartment mit Surfer Flair

Das Appartment ist genauso wie beschrieben, mir viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles im Allem, wirkt das Appartment auch viel größer, so daß man sich sicher auch zu Zweit wohl fühlt. Der Inhaber war zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar, was ich aber nicht nutzen musste, da Alles im Vorab schon sehr gut kommuniziert wurde& vor Ort eine Infomappe lag. Die kleine Begrüßung war der perfekte Start in den Kurzurlaub. In der Nebensaison sollte man allerdings wissen, das vor Ort bis auf den kleinen Imbiss unter der Woche Alles geschlossen ist& man mobil seien sollte. Ansonsten: empfehlenswert

Herbsturlaub an der Ostsee

Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung, war sehr sauber und bietet 2 Personen alles was man zum Urlaub machen braucht. Rundherum hat alles sehr gut geklappt und "der Wellenreiter" ist weiterzuempfehlen.

Schön dekorierte Wohnung in Nähe zum Meer

Die Wohnung ist originell und durchdacht dekoriert. Dadurch kommt man richtig in Urlaubsstimmung. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung wirklich geräumig und auch die teilweise überdachte Terasse eignet sich gut zum draußen Sitzen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut und auch die sonstige Ausstattung ist prima. Am Strand ist man in ungefähr 10-15 Gehminuten. Der "Ort" ist mittelmäßig interessant, da es kein wirkliches Zentrum oder Ähnliches gibt. Dafür ist es insgesamt ruhig und man kann zu Fuß oder noch besser mit dem Fahrrad zahlreiche sehr schöne Strandabschnitte und andere Orte besuchen. Besonders sehenswert fanden wir das belebte Kappeln und das sehr ruhige, aber wirklich idyllische Maasholm. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für einen ruhigen Urlaub am Meer mit Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung wirklich empfehlenswert.

erholsam und ruhig

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gepflegt und bis ins letzte Detail dem Thema Surfen und Strand angepasst. Das Gebäude an sich ist aber sehr hellhörig, so daß man neben den alltäglichen Geräuschen sogar das Zuziehen von Reißverschlüssen hören kann. Da es im Ort selbst nur begrenzt Möglichkeiten zur Beschaffung von Lebensmitteln gibt, empfiehlt sich das Mitbringen selbiger. Leider mussten wir aufgrund eines schweren Krankheitsfalles in der Familie früher abreisen.

Tolle Wohnung. Schöne Ausstattung!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden. Schöne Einrichtung. Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter. In der ersten Woche war alles optimal. In unserer zweiten Woche wohnte über uns eine Familie, die noch nie etwas von Hausschuhen gehört zu haben scheint. Es wurde ab halb sieben morgens durch die Wohnung getrampelt, und das hörte man leider sehr laut. Sie zeigten sich völlig uneinsichtig und gingen auch gerne laut rufend durch das Treppenhaus. Somit war in der zweiten Woche der Erholungswert leider geringer. Die Mieter der ersten Woche über uns hörte man wie gesagt gar nicht. Allerdings kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts für diese grässlichen Menschen. Ansonsten war alles bestens. Empfehlenswert!!!
