“This was our second time staying at Annette's place at Grande Cayman. It was exactly the same - so clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and of corse a an amazing oceanfront view.”

“The view was lovely and the room was clean, however you had to go get you own clean towels which is no big deal unless they have hair balls on them. Also it would have been nice to know before booking and paying in full you are told a check in there is a 10 dollar a day fee to park at a hotel you are already booked at and paid for. That being said the over flow parking is a dirt lot or across 4 lanes. They should make their employees park there instead of taking up 2 spaces backed in.”

“The hotel was great personally great location, clean perfect view of the beach. The only one could plant that I have was the customer service from the night check-in office clerk. I don’t remember her name, but she was horrible. I’m gonna go into all details at this point, but I will say The manager I believe his name is Steve or Steven. He is awesome and I really appreciate his customer service a single handle to save the whole experience for me person so I would like to say thank you and I……
