“It was everything we imagined. Beautiful apartment, beautiful view and easy access to beach. The only problem was in getting into the main door with code. Had to push/ pull the door. The manager on call was very helpful but they definitely need to fix that door ( or put up a sign saying to push door before you pull). Otherwise everything was great!”

“The basics were covered. Bathroom for one of bedrooms was a bit small and cramped. Dog yard was not as expected, so didn’t use. It was a small, fenced patch of dirt. Be prepared to walk your dog on the beach, unless it’s in the summer when they’re not allowed on the beach itself. Overall though, we were comfortable there, and would rent again.”

“This house was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the weather. There’s a children’s park down the street which was an added bonus. Only qualms: there was the bare minimum of items like soap, towels, etc. and we had to get more for our stay as there were 5 adults and a child. “This was a great place for two families to get together for a weekend getaway. Was convent to Johnny Mercer Pier and start of the Wilmington full/half marathon. Also easy to get into Wilmington. Had variety of games and toys for children in the house, along with beach chairs, toys and a wagon. Would definitely stay here again!!”
