“My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot……

“We had such a nice time! The property is exactly as described! The location is awesome! Beautiful views of the ocean and sound! The beach was right across the street. We would definitely like to stay here again!”

“The townhome was beautiful- you immediately feel like you’re on vacation with the beach decor throughout. The layout is perfect for 6 people with a first floor bedroom and 2 more upstairs. 3 full bathrooms are an added bonus. It was clean enough but could use a deep cleaning of floors and fresh paint on baseboards throughout. There is also some old water damage on the living room ceiling below the main bathroom that should be addressed.It was nice to have a starter roll of paper towels,……

“Water was so close to the buildings and at high tide there was no beach .had to get in the car and drive to the end of the island to stay at the beach .”

“This place was amazing. Was exactly as advertised and the process was seamless. I have been to Surf City for the last 25 years from long vacations to short weekend trips. We have stayed in just about every type of house, condo, apartment and I put this at one of my favorite places. Clean, spacious, comfortable, affordable. “Awesome stay, everything was easy for the check in process, much different than the usual talk to someone and get the key process. Instead, you’re giving detailed instructions and everything’s quick and easy. Amazed how equipped the rooms are and the kitchen has lots of supplies or cooking utensils. I didn’t know the island was hit with a king tidal wave that a lot of decks were under construction and the indoor pool was impacted from a storm that it wasn’t open while we were there.
